Becca Edelberg

Owner & Artistic Director

Miss Becca is Very excited to share her knowledge of Dance technique and of the professional Dance world with all her students at Gotta Dance!!!


She studied all forms of dance while growing up in New Orleans and Orlando where she also completed her Teacher training and certification through Dance Masters of America in the styles of Acro, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Modern. She has danced professionally for Walt Disney World, the NBA ,Arena Football ,Royal Caribbean cruise lines, and Numerous shows up and down the Las Vegas Strip. Now she is fulfilling her dream of owning and directing her very own dance studio!

Ms. Rachel

Meet Rachel Clow! Rachel is a professional performer with a lengthy background in training dancers and non-dancers alike. She holds a BA in Early Childhood Education and is a certified group exercise instructor. Rachel uses her wealth of dance and education knowledge to guide students through challenging material, and she uses her sense of play and humor to make it enjoyable. In Rachel's classes, you can expect to work hard and have fun!


Rachel was trained as a dancer in San Diego, California, where she enjoyed competing and performing with her studio and high school teams. Next she danced with the nationally ranked SDSU dance team and earned a spot in The Garage, a contemporary ballet company. It was at this time that she completed her teacher training and began to independently teach dance and coach competitors. Rachel spent 5 years as part of the entertainment department at the Disneyland Resort, where she performed in over 30 different roles. In 2014 Rachel came to Las Vegas, where she has been performing as a freelancer and teaching her coveted barre classes all over the valley. When she isn’t teaching or performing, Rachel enjoys baking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband, dog, and cat. 

Ms. Whitney

Whitney Szabo is from Cleveland, Ohio where she spent her childhood dancing and competing at her local dance studio. Pursuing dance further she received her Bachelor in Fine Arts from The University of Akron. While in school she spent her summers dancing in “Luminosity” a production show at Cedar Point.


After school, dancing for RWS on Holland America line she was the dance captain for two contracts and was also a part of Dancing with the Stars at Sea. Moving to Vegas she has been a part of a magic show on the Las Vegas strip and other production shows. Whitney loves teaching and working with kids and sharing her knowledge with the dance community! 

Ms. Paige

Miss Paige comes to us from Youngstown, Ohio where she grew up dancing competitively. She started her teaching career as an assistant instructor at 13 and went on to run the tumbling program at her alma mater dance studio. She took a short break from teaching to dance in shows from Ohio, to Virginia and finally to Las Vegas. She’s so happy to have found a new home here at Gotta Dance!

Mr. Roger

Roger was born in Carson, CA and raised in Orange County. At the age of 16 he began teaching and choreographing for local high schools and dance teams.


Roger is trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theater, Afro Caribbean, and Hip-Hop. He performed with Melinda Saxe in The Ultimate Variety Show at Planet Hollywood. His most loved work was done at The Disneyland Resort where he learned multiple roles in many shows.


With the most positive attitude and loving heart, Roger serves as a mentor and teacher. He loves what he does and hopes to inspire others.

Ms. Shaquida

Shaquida Vergo is a California native who graduated from Cypress College and moved to Las Vegas to obtain her BA in Dance Production Management in 2012. She graduated from UNLV, Spring 2014, and is now a part-time instructor in the Dance Department. She also guest teaches at various schools across the valley.


She is the Paraprofessional for the Drama and Choir Departments at Thurman White Academy. She has been training in dance since age eleven and is also a lighting, sound, video, and costume designer. Her specialties include hip hop, musical theater jazz, afro-caribbean, jazz, and liturgical. 

Ms. Lauren

Lauren grew up in Southern California where she trained at the Inland Dance Academy and later at The School of International Ballet. She attended several summer intensives including Boston Ballet and ABT’s California location. She also participated in several Grand Prix competitions and was a finalist in New York 2010. She continued her studies at the University of California, Irvine where she received her BA degree in Dance.


She started working professionally at Knott’s Berry Farm’s Can Can Show and the parades at Disneyland. She also performed in several musical theater productions including Musical Theater West’s Big Fish and Redland’s Theater Festival, Beehive. In 2014, Lauren moved to Las Vegas to dance in Don Arden’s Jubilee. In 2015, she joined Vegas! The Show at Planet Hollywood as a full-time swing until the show closed due to the pandemic. Lauren is now thrilled to be sharing her love and passion for dance with the students of Gotta Dance.
